Consultancy Fees
All consultancy, counselling, admission guidance, application support, and document assistance fees charged by AA Study Consultant Private Limited are strictly non-refundable once the service has commenced.
By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees that consultancy fees are charged for professional advice, guidance, processing support, and administrative work, regardless of the outcome of any university application or visa decision.
University and Third-Party Charges
Any fees charged by universities, colleges, language schools, embassies, visa centres, insurance providers, courier companies, or other third-party organizations are paid directly by the student unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AA Study Consultant Private Limited does not collect, hold, control, or manage such payments on behalf of educational institutions.
Refunds from Universities or Third Parties
Any refund relating to tuition fees, application fees, deposits, accommodation fees, or other institutional charges shall be subject to the refund policies of the respective institution.
Students are solely responsible for requesting and obtaining refunds directly from the university, college, or relevant third party.
AA Study Consultant Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any refusal, delay, deduction, or rejection of refunds by educational institutions or third-party organizations.
Visa Refusal
In the event of a visa refusal, consultancy fees paid to AA Study Consultant Private Limited shall remain non-refundable.
Any refund of tuition fees or deposits shall be governed exclusively by the refund policy of the respective educational institution.
